All prices at Callaway Golf Pre-Owned & Outlet are based on the condition, model and popularity of the product, and thus are subject to changeaccording to market demands.
Product Availability
All items listed on Callaway Golf Pre-Owned & Outlet are one-of-a-kind. Therefore, we encourage our customers to act fast if they find a product they are interested in. If the product you are interested in has already been sold, you will be notified that the item is not available at the time you try to add the item to your shopping cart.
Headcovers
Exclusive Callaway Golf Barrel Headcovers
All Callaway Golf woods are shipped with our exclusive Barrel headcovers (a $14.99 value). These new, multi-purpose headcovers are designed to match any Callaway Golf club and are only available with Certified Pre-Owned Callaway Golf clubs.
Original Callaway Golf Headcovers
Provided we have one in stock, you may also purchase an original model-specific headcover. These are available in various conditions ranging from Good to Very Good (See Condition Guide ). Note: If you purchase a Callaway Golf club and its matching headcover, your order will also include one of our exclusive Callaway Golf Barrel headcovers at no cost.If you are looking for a headcover from a discontinued Callaway Golf product and you do not see it listed on our Headcovers page, please contact us for availability at 800-200-4726 or via email at support@callawaygolfoutlet.com.
Other Manufacturer Equipment
Trade equipment from other manufacturers will not include a headcover. It is possible that a matching headcover may be available for purchase, but because they are not required for trade items, headcovers are not included with the purchase of non-Callaway Golf products.

II. Orders
Payment Options
At this time we accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover card. Customers who would like to make payment by check or money order should contact Customer Service at 1-800-200-4726 for assistance.
International Orders: We take extra care in verifying payment for all international orders. This means that the billing information provided during the checkout processmust exactly match the information on file with the company that issued the credit card. Some international orders may be delayed due to this billing confirmation process.
Sales Tax
Callaway Golf Pre-Owned & Outlet does not charge sales tax on orders shipped outside the state of Texas. However, state law requires that we charge 8.25% sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses within the state of Texas. Sales tax will be applied during the checkout process if TX is chosen as the state for the shipping address. We do not charge sales tax on the purchase of gift certificates. However, purchases paid for with gift certificates will be taxed if shipped to addresses in Texas.
Order Status
After you purchase an item you will receive an Order Confirmation e-mail that acknowledges we have received your order. At this time we will begin processing your order and our fulfillment personnel will prepare your item(s) for shipping. When your package leaves our facility, you will receive another e-mail to let you know that it has been shipped and provide you with the FedEx tracking number.See Track My Package below for more details.
Security
We guarantee that every online transaction you make will be 100% safe. This means you pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your card as a result of shopping at our online store. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50.00, We will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full $50.00. We will only cover this liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made while using the secure server. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
We use the industry standard encryption protocol known as Secure Socket Layer (SSL), to keep your order information secure. This means all of your personal information, including your credit card number, name and address, cannot be read by anyone except as provided in our Privacy Policy.
Cookies
Cookies are used to store shopping cart data only and are in place for thirty (30) days.
III. Shipping (U.S. and Canada)
When Will My Order Ship/Arrive?
We ship orders every business day, Monday through Friday. All orders processed by 2:00 PM CT will ship the same business day. Exceptions to this include orders that are placed on Friday after 2:00 PM CT, over a weekend or on a holiday as well as any order requiring special handling such as length/lie angle adjustments or re-gripping.
The expected delivery time for packages differs depending on the shipping method and location. For more information on delivery times see Shipping Options below.
Tracking Your Package
You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number when your order leaves our facility. We use FedEx for all of our shipments to the U.S. and Canada. You can use the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation to track the progress of your shipment at fedex.com.
If for some reason you cannot track your package or need assistance, please contact a Customer Service Representative toll free at 800-200-4726 or e-mail support@callawaygolfoutlet.com.
Please note that the United States Postal Service does not offer order tracking at this time. Therefore, we will not be able to track orders shipped via USPS.
Domestic Shipping Options
Most of the products shipped within the contiguous U.S. are delivered via FedEx Ground® Services. You also have the option of choosing FedEx 2Day® or FedEx Standard Overnight® as you are checking out.
All packages are shipped signature required for fraud protection with insurance included in the charge. We are unable to provide insurance on packages sent with no signature required.
FedEx Ground® Services (Flat Rate Shipping & Handling):
Orders shipped via FedEx Ground® typically take from 1-5 business days to arrive from the time the package leaves our facility. All orders shipped out via ground shipping within the contiguous U.S. will be charged according to our one-price shipping & handling rate of $9.95, regardless of the number of items shipped.
FedEx 2Day® Service:
If you choose, you can have the delivery of your items upgraded to FedEx 2Day®. There is an additional fee for this upgrade. Typically, FedEx 2Day® items arrive two business days after leaving our facility, with delivery by 4:30pm to business addresses or by 7pm to residential addresses. Note: FedEx 2Day® items ordered on Thursday will typically arrive the following Monday. FedEx 2Day® items ordered on Friday will typically arrive the following Tuesday.
FedEx Standard Overnight®:
If you choose, you can have the delivery of your items upgraded to FedEx Standard Overnight®. There is an additional fee for this upgrade. Typically, FedEx Standard Overnight® items arrive one business day after leaving our facility, with delivery by 4:30pm. Note: FedEx Standard Overnight® items ordered on Friday will typically arrive the following Monday.
Alaska/Hawaii Shipping Options
Items shipped outside the contiguous U.S. to Alaska or Hawaii can only be shipped via FedEx 2Day® Service. Ground service to Alaska or Hawaii is not available.
APO/FPO Addresses
While we can ship most items to APO/FPO addresses, some restrictions do apply. Items sent to APO/FPO addresses must be shipped via the United States Postal Service and cannot be expedited. Normal delivery time for these shipments ranges from 10-30 days. If a package has not been delivered within 75 days or more, written notice of non-receipt must be submitted to Callaway Golf Pre-Owned & Outlet signed by the intended recipient. Once this written notice is received by Callaway Golf Pre-Owned & Outlet, a claim will be filed with the United States Postal Service. If the USPS can not provide a signature confirmation of delivery, the recipient will then have the option of a full credit for the purchase amount or a reshipment of the order.

Canadian Shipping Options
Canadian customers have one available shipping option:FedEx International Priority®.
FedEx International Priority® Service:
Canadian customers can have orders shipped via FedEx International Priority® only. Typically, items shipped via FedEx International Priority® are delivered to Canadian addresses within three business days after leaving our facility. Canadian orders will be subjected to a 15% Canadian sales tax (Federal Goods and Services Tax GST and Local Provincial Sales Tax PST) paid by FedEx when going through customs. The buyer will reimburse FedEx for these taxes upon delivery.

Shipping & handling prices are based on the shipping method chosen, the weight of the item, the size of the package and the shipping destination. Callaway Golf Pre-Owned & Outlet works closely with our carriers to provide the best shipping service and prices available.
FedEx Ground® Services (Flat Rate Shipping & Handling):
All orders shipped out via ground shipping within the contiguous U.S. will be charged according to our one-price shipping & handling rate of $9.95, regardless of the number of items shipped.
FedEx 2Day®, FedEx Standard Overnight®, and FedEx International Priority® Services:
In addition to FedEx Ground®, orders can also be shipped via any one of the options listed below. These rates are quoted for individual clubs or iron sets. Shipping & handling charges for additional items will be applied at checkout.

Shipping Problems
Shipping problems, while not common, can happen. If you have a problem with your order that is related to shipping, please contact us at 800-200-4726 for assistance.
If you have not received your shipment within the expected delivery time, or if the shipment has been delivered but is not in your possession, please have your order number ready and contact us at our toll free number. A Customer Service Representative will process a claim with FedEx and give you further instructions.
If your shipment arrives damaged, please do not open the box or remove any of the packaging materials. A Callaway Golf Pre-Owned & Outlet Customer Service Representative will have to process a damage claim with FedEx, have the damaged merchandise picked up from your location, and give you further instructions to receive a replacement.

When Will My Order Ship/Arrive?
Packages delivered outside the U.S. or U.S. territories are considered international shipments. We ship international orders every business day, Monday through Friday. Other cases where extra time may be required to ship your order include orders placed on Friday after 2:00 PM CT, over a weekend or on a holiday, and orders requiring special handling such as length/lie angle adjustments or re-gripping.
We take extra care in verifying payment for all international orders. This means that the billing information provided during the checkout processmust exactly match the information on file with the company that issued the credit card. Some international orders may be delayed due to this payment verification process.
Delivery times vary according to where the package is being is being delivered. Generally, international shipments can take from 5 to 10 business days to arrive in your location once they have left our facility.
Tracking Your Package
You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number when your order has been shipped. We use FedEx for all of our international shipments. You can use the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation to track the progress of your shipment at fedex.com.

International Shipping Options
We ship packages to international addresses using FedEx International Priority® services. This is the only option for international delivery. For security purposes, we do not offer USPS delivery to international addresses.

Taxes and Duties
When ordering goods from Callaway Golf Pre-Owned for delivery outside of the US, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from Callaway Golf Pre-Owned, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Your privacy is important to us and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers and customers dispatching products internationally to be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
Commercial Invoices and Declared Values
All international shipments will be accompanied by a commercial invoice.The values on the commercial invoice will be set to exactly what was paid for the product.We cannot lower the declared value or mark the package as anything but a commercially purchased item.
Countries and International Shipping Zones
During the checkout process, international customers are required to select the correct International Shipping Zone for their country. We currently ship to the following countries:
International Zone 1:
Includes Aruba, Bahamas, Barbados, Belgium, Bermuda, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Dominican Republic, England (U.K.), France, Germany, Hong Kong, Northern Ireland (U.K.), Republic of Ireland, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Mexico, Monaco,Netherlands, Netherlands Antilles, Singapore, Taiwan, Trinidad and Tobago, and Vatican City.
International Zone 2:
Includes Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Brunei, China, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Iceland, Israel, Liechtenstein, South Korea, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and United Arab Emirates.
International Zone 3:
Includes American Samoa, Argentina, Belize, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Cook Islands, Costa Rica, Czech Republic, French Guiana, French Polynesia, Marshall Islands, Mauritius, Peru, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Seychelles, South Africa, Uruguay, Vanuatu, and Venezuela.

International Shipping Problems
If you have not received your shipment within the expected delivery time, or if FedEx has confirmed delivery but the package is not in your possession, please call 512-247-7617 or e-mail support@callawaygolfoutlet.com and a Callaway Golf Pre-Owned & Outlet Customer Service Representative will process a claim with FedEx and give you further instructions.

In cases of both loss and damage caused during delivery to international addresses, a replacement item can only be sent once a claim with FedEx has been processed and completed. The intended recipient may be required to provide a signed statement attesting to the non-delivery as part of the claims process.
International Returns
If you decide not to keep the items you purchased, please select the type of merchandise return you wish to use from the list below:
Condition Disputes
We provide a 100% guarantee on the condition of our clubs. We take great care in certifying every pre-owned Callaway Golf club we sell, including the assignment of a condition rating. If, during the first 15 days following the receipt of the purchase, you wish to return any product in the exact condition that you received it (has not been played with), a 100 percent refund will be given for the price you paid for the product. You will be responsible for the entire cost of the original shipping, handling and taxes and any costs incurred during the return of the club to us.
Club Received Does Not Match Your Order
If the club you receive does not match the order you placed with us, please contact our Customer Service department at 512-247-7617 (or via e-mail at support@callawaygolfoutlet.com) for assistance. A representative will help you determine the best way get the correct item to you as quickly as possible.
Buy-Back Guarantee
We are happy to offer our unique Buy-Back Guarantee on items shipped internationally. Please keep in mind that should you choose to take advantage of the Buy-Back Guarantee, you will be responsible for all shipping costs required to return the club to us in the U.S. In addition to the cost of a replacement item, you are also responsible for any taxes, duties and shipping & handling costs to send the replacement item to you.
Callaway Golf Pre-Owned & Outlet will cover the shipping costs for a replacement in which Callaway Golf Pre-Owned & Outlet was at fault or that qualifies for repair through our 12-Month Limited Warranty. Callaway Golf Pre-Owned & Outlet will only cover replacement shipping & handling costs to the original shipping destination of the order. Callaway Golf Pre-Owned & Outlet will not cover International shipping & handling costs for a repair or replacement on orders shipped to a domestic US address.
